Delivery Options
We offer fast, tracked delivery on all orders dispatched from our UK warehouse. All shipments require a signature on arrival.
UK Standard Delivery — £4.99
Delivered via Royal Mail Tracked. Most orders arrive the next working day, though please allow up to 2 days in exceptional circumstances. A tracking number is provided on dispatch.
UK Next Day Guaranteed — £9.99
Guaranteed next-day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A tracking number is provided on dispatch. Please note: the next-day guarantee is issued by Royal Mail, not by us. Any claims for late delivery must be raised directly with Royal Mail.
EU & International — £12.99
Dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on destination. Full tracking is available through your local postal service.
Order Cutoff & Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Missed Deliveries
All orders require a signature. If no one is available, Royal Mail will leave a card and take the parcel to your nearest sorting office. Please collect promptly — uncollected parcels will not be returned to us and we cannot offer a refund or reship.
Non-Delivery & Reshipping
If your tracked parcel fails to arrive, we will send a free replacement after 15 business days from dispatch.
- Only tracked orders qualify for a free reship
- Untracked orders are shipped at the customer’s own risk
- We cannot reship to countries on our restricted shipping list
Order Cancellations
You may cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or recalled.
