Non-Delivery

If your tracked order has not arrived within 15 business days of the dispatch date, please contact us and we will arrange a free replacement. We stand behind every order we send.

Please note:

  • Only orders sent via a tracked service qualify for a replacement
  • Orders sent without tracking are shipped at the customer’s own risk
  • If a delivery was attempted but not collected in time from the sorting office, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or refunded.


No Returns Accepted — All Sales Final

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final once an order has been dispatched.

This policy exists to protect the integrity and safety of our research-grade compounds. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot verify that it has been stored correctly or that its purity has been maintained. Reselling returned products would pose a serious risk to other researchers — and that is something we will never do.
